CMI Mechanical has been designing and building mechanical systems for the past three decades. Our capabilities include complete design/build expertise for HVAC and mechanical systems. From the inception of a project, we work with the architect and general contractor to ensure that the mechanical systems are designed for maximum utility and comfort in the tenant space. We also work in conjunction with the city to ensure that systems are designed to meet municipal codes and to assure that city approval is expedited by a well thought out design.

Upon completion of design and stamped drawings, CMI Mechanical provides complete installation of the ductwork and mechanical equipment. Our company has experienced construction crews capable of installing and fast tracking some the most complicated systems. Our project managers work on site with the general contractor and building owner to ensure the job is completed according to the design specifications, and completed within the time frame allotted by the client. Upon completion of the project, we work with the city on the final inspection and sign off.

CMI Mechanical is experienced at installing many different types of systems including; computer rooms, industrial facilities, and commercial tenant finish. Our expertise includes the installation of ductwork, VAV boxes, diffusers, gas and electric, system controls, chillers, rooftop units, Liebert equipment, hydronic water-source heat pumps and the mechanical systems for just about any conceivable construction project or special use space.
